Thank you for shopping with Arella Beauty. Our business (working) days are between 9AM - 5PM on Monday-Friday; UK Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not included in the estimated delivery dates.

All orders come with FREE UK Delivery. All first-time orders over £20 are shipped by Royal Mail using a 24-hour tracked service or DPD for larger orders. Royal Mail promises a 95% likelihood of next-day delivery but on occasion, it can take up to 5 working days. For orders under £20, these are shipped by Royal Mail using a 48-hour service or DPD Next Day service if selected by the customer.
For subscription orders, after the initial delivery, these are shipped by Royal Mail using a 48-hour service.
Any orders received on Friday after 4pm will be dispatched the following Monday morning. Any orders due for delivery on a bank holiday will be delivered on the next working day following the bank holiday. If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will not be processed until the next working day, and the delivery timings for the next working day will apply.
International Orders:
International orders may occur additional delivery charges depending on location. If your country is not listed, please get in touch to enquire about our delivery options.
Delivery Confirmation & Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
All of our Arella Beauty products include 20% VAT for shipments within the UK. Arella Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for international shipments - all fees imposed during or after international shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged Items:
Arella Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Arella Beauty products (comestible) 'All Sales Are Final’. Once your purchase has been processed and dispatched they may no longer be eligible for cancellation or return.
You can amend or cancel your subscription from your account at any time by using our online customer account portal via www.arella-beauty.co.uk/account. Alternatively, you can amend or cancel you subscription by emailing us at info@arella-beauty.co.uk, or by contacting us on our social media channels, where we will manually action your request.
If you amend or cancel your Subscription using our customer portal, your subscription will terminate immediately at the time you cancel. Any manually submitted cancellation requests must be sent prior to 11AM the before your next charge date in order to allow time for your request to be seen and processed. Any manual requests sent after 11AM the day before your next charge date are not guaranteed to be actioned in time.
Please note that once payment has been processed and the product is dispatched, you may no longer be eligible to cancel your purchase.
Every effort will be made to cancel your subscription on the same day you cancel your subscription with us, however, if you make your cancellation after 7am, your order may have already been processed and left our warehouse and therefore you will have to pay for the product and order dispatched. Once dispatched, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges (if applicable):We only replace items if they are defective and un-opened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@arella-beauty.co.uk.
Returns Shipping:You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
