By purchasing goods (Product or Products or Product(s)) via the www.arella-beauty.co.uk website (the Site or Website), you agree that any transaction is governed by these terms & conditions (the Terms). Arella Beauty (We or Us) strongly recommend that you read them thoroughly and ensure that you understand them before making a purchase.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of accepting delivery within the United Kingdom in order to purchase Products via this website.

 

1.)    Description of Goods

The images, specifications, descriptions and advertising on this website are aimed at providing a reasonably accurate representation of the Products offered for sale. We make every possible effort to ensure that Product descriptions, images and information are accurate.

 

2.)    Timescales & Delivery

All Orders come with FREE Delivery when the delivery address is located within mainland United Kingdom. For information on overseas delivery, please see our full Delivery & Returns page or contact us at info@arella-beauty.co.uk with your delivery address.

We aim to ship items within 1-2 working days of receiving your Order.

All Products are subject to availability and there are instances where delays in delivery are simply beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for the consequences – financial or otherwise – of late deliveries.

3.)    Payment & Price

We are within our rights to make changes to prices that reflect increases in our suppliers’ prices, the costs of materials, costs of shipping, the imposition of taxes, levies or duties on goods, or if, because of an error or omission, the price for the Products published on our website is incorrect. In all instances, Products must be paid for upon completion of the ordering process and all funds must be cleared before shipping.

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Alternative forms of payment are available.

 

4.)    Returns and Cancelation Policy

Due to the nature of Arella Beauty's Products (comestible) 'All Sales Are Final’. Once your purchase has been processed and dispatched they may no longer be eligible for cancellation or return. Once your Order has been opened, then it will no longer be eligible for return. If your Order is a "Subscribe and Save" purchase (a Subscription, with you becoming a Subscriber) see Clause 6.1 - Cancelling or Changing Your Subscription.

If you have received your Order and wish to return it, We are within our rights to decline cancellation or return of Products or to levy a restocking fee equivalent to but no greater than the costs we incur owing to the cancellation or refund. 

There are certain circumstances under which we may not be able to cancel orders or accept returns. For example, if a Product has been opened, used, or no longer in its original packaging, among others.

      4.1 Damaged Goods

      Arella Beauty is not liable for any Products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

      5.)     Warranties & Liability

      We warrant to you that all Products purchased from Arella Beauty will be of suitable quality and fit for the purpose for which they have been designed and manufactured.

      In the unlikely event that we breach these terms and conditions, our liability for any losses you may suffer as a result are limited to the purchase price of the Product(s) and any other cost(s) that could be considered a foreseeable consequence of the breach.

      Losses are considered foreseeable where they could be realistically and reasonably be anticipated by you and/or us at the time we accepted your order. This is no way limits our liability for death or personal injury.

      We cannot accept responsibility for the following losses where they are suffered by you in relation to your relationship with a business:

      a.) Loss of business, revenues, profit, contracts, anticipated savings, data, management or office time.

       

      6.)     Subscription Orders and Services

      If your Order is a "Subscribe and Save" purchase (a Subscription, with you becoming a Subscriber), every 14, 28 or 30 days (depending on your chosen Product and time period), we will deliver the Product(s) purchased respectively until you cancel your Subscription. By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge that an initial and recurring payment will be automatically charged, depending on the Product(s) and selected delivery frequency. You also accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

      6.1 Cancelling or Changing Your Subscription

      You have the right to amend your Subscription at any time, prior to the next charge date. Subscriptions can only be cancelled after the second (2nd) subscription order/delivery payment has been processed. This is so that customers don't exploit our 20% Subscribe and Save discount, only to cancel after their first order.

      Once your Subscription is cancelled and/or amended, you will receive confirmation via email and all scheduled Orders will be updated. If you choose to cancel your Subscription, all scheduled Orders will be stopped and your card will no longer be charged.

      To cancel your subscription, log into your account at www.arella-beauty.co.uk/account and click the 'Manage Subscription' button. Please note that you may need to create an account using the same email address used to place your Order to access the customer account portal. This is because making a purchase from our site does not automatically create an account for you. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at info@arella-beauty.co.uk to request any Subscription amendments or cancellations.

      If you decide to cancel or amend your subscription, please be aware of the following:

      a.) If you cancel or amend your Subscription prior to the next charge date using our customer account portal, the Subscription will be cancelled and/or updated immediately. This must be done before midnight the day prior to your next charge date.

      b.) If you wish to cancel or amend your Subscription by emailing us at info@arella-beauty.co.uk, then this must be done before 11AM the day prior to the next charge date. This is to allow time for us to process your request in time before your next charge date. Any Subscription cancellation or amendment requests sent via email after 11AM on the day prior to your next charge date are not guaranteed to be actioned. 

      c.) Subscriptions can only be cancelled after the second (2nd) subscription order/delivery payment has been processed. This is so that customers don't exploit our 20% Subscribe and Save discount, only to cancel after their first order.

      If you opt for the Subscription of a Product and cancel before we process the charge for your second delivery of the Product, you may be charged for the difference between the one-time purchase price and the discounted price as offered as part of the Subscription.

       

      7.)     Changes To The Products

      We may change the Product:


      a.) To reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and

      b.) To implement minor technical adjustments and improvements to the Product.

      These changes will not affect your use of the Product.

       

      These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
